Please see the “Services” menu for our pricing structure. The only additional fees are for liability insurance, a $200 refundable deposit for damages and a $150 cleaning fees.
Catering can be provided if needed, however you’re free to bring your own food.
Yes, there are parking spaces out front, along the side of the building and in the rear
A 50% deposit is needed to secure bookings. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event. Payments are refundable in full if cancelled 60 days prior to your event. Any cancellation requests received after that point are non-refundable as your agreement to rent Euphoria Loft may cause the loss of additional bookings or business
No tape, pins, nails or any penetrating objects are allowed on the walls. The use of confetti and glitter is also strictly prohibited. Smoking is also strictly prohibited and restricted at the venue.
We allow a 2 hour setup time before the event and a 1 hour break down time after the event
Yes, tours are booked by appointments only. Please use our contact form or call us for availabilities.
We understand that this is an exciting time but please still respect our abutting neighbors. No loitering or soliciting on the front entrance.
2 hours prior to event start time, unless you have booked an all day time which starts at 10am.
Yes, Wi-Fi password will be provided upon arrival.
If an unforeseen issue arrives, we will do our best to honor your booking within the next 12 months at an available time.
Special Event Liability Insurance is required of ALL renters and is due no later than ten (10) days prior to your event. The insurance required should reflect a single limit liability of no less than $1 Million, and general aggregate liability of no less than $2 Million. Euphoria Loft should be named as an additional insured of the policy.
Insurance can be obtained through any event insurance company or can be conveniently secured through our Eventsured partnership page.
An automatic charge of the standard hourly rate + $75 will be incurred for each hour that a Renter stays in the space beyond their contracted end time.
